Here’s what to know while we prepare Community Matrix for launch.
Can I buy a plan right now?
Online ordering is not open yet. The VPN plan is £30 per year and hosting for one website is £10 per month. Checkout, full plan details and subscription terms will be available before we start taking orders.
Who supplies the VPN?
Community Matrix resells the VPN Shop service. Device compatibility, simultaneous connection limits and setup instructions will be confirmed before purchase.
What’s the difference between hosting and the builder?
Hosting gives an existing website a place to run. The planned builder package will let you create and edit a website as well as host it. The builder is still in preparation and its price has not been announced.
Can I manage or cancel my subscription?
We’re preparing a customer portal with subscription and billing controls. It is not available yet. Renewal and cancellation terms will be shown before checkout opens.
Will I be able to take payments on my own website?
Stripe payment options are something we want to support in the builder. This integration is not available yet, and we’ll confirm what’s supported before the builder launches. Your own sales would use your own Stripe account.
